Consultation Visit (30 min. complimentary):
As with any business a certain amount of paperwork will need to be completed. This will include a Service Agreement, Client Information, Pet Information, and Vet Release.
What we will need from you:
House Key or Garage Door Opener and Security System Instructions. Orientation as to where supplies are kept: food, litter, cleaning solutions for pet accidents, plants to be watered, location of mailbox, trash/recycling containers, etc. A form will be provided for written instructions. You will need to provide all necessary equipment for each pet including crates for transport if needed.
Emergency Contact:
This needs to be someone close to your home that can provide pet care should severe weather prevent us from being able to get to your home or should an extreme emergency keep us from being able to make a visit.
Standard Pet Care Visit:
This 30 minute visit will include a potty break, fresh water and food, giving medications or vitamins if needed, litter box cleaning, cage cleaning, water plants, bring in mail and newspapers, open/close blinds, walking, playing and brushing as time allows.
Should your pets require more time, there is a $3 charge for each additional 15 minute increment. This needs to be arranged in advance.
Dog Walks:
30 minute neighborhood dog walk. Your dog must have his rabies tag and dog license securely fastened to it's collar. Please, no leashes over 6'. (Aggressive dogs will be refused services).
Security House Visit (no Pets):
This will give your house that lived-in look. We will water indoor plants, bring in mail/newspapers, take out or bring in trash and recycling containers, and change blinds and lights. Should you have other requests, please ask and we can negotiate for those services.
Overnight Stays:
For long or short trips (minimum 2 night stay). Karan or Desiree move in. Your pets are treated as if they were our own. They are not left for more than 3 hours at a time while we take care of our other visits. Your dog(s) can join other dogs for walks and accompany us for other outings. Your pets receive the same care you would provide if you were there with them.
**We cannot accept households where people smoke inside.**
