Policies Hours of Operation: 7 days a week, call for availability. Please leave a voicemail and your call will be returned promptly.
Upon Your Return: Please call to inform us of your arrival. You may leave a message. We want to be sure your pet is being cared for and there was no delay in your return home.
Payment Policy: I Dig Dogs must receive full payment on or before the start date of services, unless other arrangements have been made.
In the event of other unforeseen visits or other costs (such as food, supplies, or vet fees) payment is expected within 5 days of the completion of services or a late charge of $20 will be applied.
There will be a $30 service charge for each check that is returned for insufficient funds.
Cancellation Policy:
Dog Walks need to be cancelled the day before they are scheduled. If we show up, payment is expected.
Cancellations for Pet Care Visits must be received within 48 hours of scheduled visit or a cancellation fee of $30 OR the cost of services contracted for, whichever is less, will apply.*
*Pet Care Visits for major holidays must be cancelled at least 7 days in advance for a full refund. Please let us know if your plans change as soon as possible.
Cancellations for Overnight Stays will be charged 1/2 of total amount. Please Let us know at the time of booking whether or not you want your dates to be secured. Once secured, those dates will be unavailable to others and will be charged accordingly.
Severe Weather: We have the discretion to make the determination whether or not we should service a client during severe weather. In the event severe weather prevents our ability to go to a client's home, we will contact the client.
***Please arrange for snow removal during your absence. I Dig Dogs is not responsible for any snow removal.
